5 Simple Reasons to Get Life Insurance and Prepare a Will
1. Life insurance covers all of your expenses in your last days up to your burial, I hate to say it, but death is a hard pill to swallow and you need not feel like you are preparing for your demise, but you are securing that you and your family be taken care of in your last days. Some life insurance policies cover everything to your house and vehicle, everything would be paid off in the event of your demise. Leaving nothing for your family to worry about and no extra bills.
2. If you have children, life insurance may cover them as well, you can add them as your beneficiary and allocate funds as such amongst the children. Ensuring that your children be taken care of in the event of your passing. You want to be able to know beforehand that your children will be secure and ok. Losing a parent is hard enough, but going through it with nothing is like a double loss. So you want to make sure you leave something for your children to fall back on. This is where having a will comes into place. When you have a will, it will state where everything will go, it will have everything in it for you even a DNR form in case you don't want to go through the resuscitation process. Everything will be listed within your last will and testament. There are 2 different types of wills that I am familiar with, a living will for you if you get sick and can't communicate with your relatives, and a last will and testament, stating where everything will go if you have assets and property.
3. Having a will and life insurance basically makes it easier to get the job done. If you have an executor over your will that will be the person in charge of your estate and everything within it. This person should be chosen wisely, let it be someone that you truly trust, as your will is considered your last request, and should be treated as such.
4. Saves a lot of time. Time is crucial, so having a will and life insurance saves a lot of time for the person in charge, you want to be specific in the way you want things in your last days. With everything in place, the process will go smoother on the person handling your things. That person, who is probably a family member is already distraught and stressed at your passing, you don't want to leave them behind with the issues of your burial. Be sure to think of the person you put in charge of everything, think of their feelings as well, grief and death are the hardest to process and it may take others longer to do so.

5. You will leave your loved ones at ease. The one thing you don't want to do is add fuel to the fire. Your family is already grieving and going through the thought of losing you. being prepared will ease the tension and pain. Being prepared would control the process of your last moments on earth in human form. Your last moments, you don't want to think how is this gonna be paid for. You won't even know when death comes, so it is wise to be prepared in every way possible to ensure your loved ones can grieve properly.
Never be afraid to do what really needs to be done.
